Tom (birth name possibly "Thomas") was a boy from Edinburgh, who appeared as an Unfortunate in Series 1, Episode 6 (Edinburgh). According to The Caretaker, his favourite hobby is collecting bogeys.

Tom appeared in the sixth episode of the series, which originally aired on November 2, 2007.
Tom's Journey Through The Tower[]
On Floor 6 'Toxic Treats', Tom was chosen as the Saboteur. He had to make the team fail by choosing three toxic presents, in this case all the presents with purple present on them. He successfully sabotaged the challenge with 1 right guess and 3 wrong guesses. Tom received four votes as Saboteur - one from Sam because "He chose the first one, and it was wrong, and it was his choice", one from Joanne because "He made a lot of suggestions and most of them turned out wrong", one from Rebecca because "He kept choosing the wrong presents", and one from Caeleb because "For all of them, he's been picking the wrong ones". Tom voted for Sam as Saboteur because "He thinks it was me". Bonnie also voted for Sam. As the team failed and Tom was detected as the Saboteur, he got trapped.
When The Voice asked Tom "Why do you think the others voted for you?", Tom said "I don't think it was very fair that I got voted off because I did quite a good job of being the Saboteur, but whatever!". Just before The Voice said "You're trapped!", Tom also said "Get lost!", which shocked even The Caretaker. The Caretaker said "Get lost? Did he just say 'get lost'?".

- Another Unfortunate named Tom later appeared in Series 3, Episode 3 (Sutton Coldfield). He was chosen as Saboteur on Floor 3 and got trapped for failing to sabotage the challenge. In addition, there was Thomas in Series 4, Episode 1 (Gravesend).
