Episode Description 

This episode aired on the 16th of January 2009. The unfortunates in this episode were from Sutton Coldfield. This episode was notable for being the only time in the series where the challenge on Floor 6 was passed.

- Florence's last words: Because I kept forgetting where I stood in the beginning.

- Details: 5 egg boxes were completed.

- Elliot's last words: Quite disappointed, and really annoyed with myself!

- Status: Challenge was failed. Saboteur was undetected.

- Voting: Olivia received 2 votes. Marcel received 2 votes. Olivia drew the short straw.

- Details: There was 2 correct guesses, and 3 incorrect guesses. 

- Olivia's last words: I'm gutted that I'm stuck here with the hands.  

Floor 3

- Challenge: Extraction

- Saboteur: Tom

- Status: Challenge was passed. Saboteur was detected.

- Voting: Tom received 2 votes. Bryhanna received 1 vote.

- Trapped: Tom

- Details: There was 3 correct guesses and 1 incorrect guess. The yellow teeth were healthy.

- Tom's last words: I think I failed because cos I was a little bit quiet and should have been more persuasive.

Floor 2

- Details: Bryhanna answered 2 questions correctly. Marcel answered 4 questions correctly. 9 questions were asked.

- Winner: Marcel

- Bryhanna's last words: A bit disappointed cos I got this far and I didn't win but I'm gonna have to deal with it.

- Marcel said: Yes, I did it!

Trivia

• This is the only episode of Trapped where Floor 6, 5 and 3 ever passed. Florence on Floor 6, Elliot on Floor 5 and Tom on Floor 3. Bryhanna was the only successful saboteur making the team fail Green Fingers also tying the votes (Marcel and Olivia) (Although she was close to failing to sabotage)
• Despite being the most played Floor 5 challenge, this is Freaky Factory's only appearance in Series 3. It is also the challenge's final appearance.
• The Caretaker’s made-up fact for Bryhanna is a reference to “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, a song from the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz.
• The Caretaker's fact about Florence is perhaps one of the most truthful facts ever made by the Caretaker (Though its not totally correct, Florence is actually a city in the Tuscany region of Italy).
• Florence is the only saboteur to fail to sabotage a challenge on Floor 6.
• Elliot is the fourth and last saboteur in Freaky Factory who failed to sabotage the challenge. The other three were Rebecca, Blaise and Alex. Elliot is also the last unfortunate to be trapped in Freaky Factory
• This is the only episode where a tied vote in Green Fingers did not involve the saboteur (Bryhanna). In Series 2, Episode 9 (Birmingham), Elvira lost the Draw Straws tie to Jonah, while in Series 3, Episode 8 (Paisley), Sarah got a tied vote with Adam but was automatically trapped as she failed to sabotage the challenge.
• Near the end of Body Shock, the Voice advised Florence to hide the body parts herself. The Voice does not provide this “tip” in any other episodes featuring the challenge. This was what likely caused Florence to be detected, though it was more likely also due to her always being in different positions after the blackouts ended, according to Elliot, Olivia and Marcel’s reasons for voting.
• Bryhanna is the only female saboteur in Green Fingers to not be trapped, and the only female saboteur to successfully sabotage the challenge without being detected.
• Tom failed to sabotage Extraction due to him being too scared of the werewolf, which likely contributed to why he was acting quiet throughout the challenge and got detected by the other unfortunates.
