Caeleb was a boy from Edinburgh and was an unfortunate on Series 1, Episode 6 (Edinburgh). According to The Caretaker, he can fit an entire sheep in his mouth.

Series 1, Episode 6 (Edinburgh)[]

Caeleb appeared in Season 1, Episode 6 which aired on CBBC and BBC One on 2 November 2007.

Caeleb's Journey Through The Tower[]

On Floor 6: 'Toxic Treats', Caeleb received no votes as saboteur and voted for Tom as saboteur because: "For all of them, he's being picking the wrong ones!". Sam, Joanne and Rebecca also voted for Tom, while Tom and Bonnie voted for Sam. The real saboteur was Tom. As the team failed the unfortunate with the most votes (Tom) got trapped.

On Floor 5: 'Freaky Factory', Caeleb received 2 votes as saboteur, one from Rebecca who voted for Caeleb because: "I kept finding different coloured eggs in my pot", and one from Bonnie who voted for Caeleb because: "I think 'cos he's been smashing some". And Caeleb voted for Rebecca as saboteur because: "I just have a feeling!". The other two votes were for Sam (voted by Joanne) and Joanne (voted by Sam). Caeleb received the most votes as saboteur and normally this would mean that he would be the one who ended up being trapped despite not being the saboteur, however the team passed, and therefore despite being undetected and successfully managing to frame Caeleb, Rebecca (the saboteur) got trapped instead. A lucky escape for Caeleb, thank goodness the team passed, he would have got trapped otherwise.

On Floor 4: 'Snake Attack', Caeleb was chosen as the saboteur and made the team fail with 3 wrong guesses and 1 right guess. Caeleb received no votes as saboteur and voted for Bonnie as saboteur because: "She picked the ones where the snake was and hardly ever picked the ones that weren't". Bonnie got two other votes as saboteur from Sam and Joanne, and even Bonnie didn't manage to spot Caeleb as the saboteur and instead voted for Joanne as the saboteur, meaning Caeleb remained undetected as saboteur by everyone and did not receive a single vote as saboteur, and as the team failed Caeleb was free to pass to the next floor while Bonnie ended up trapped.

On Floor 3: 'Poison Banquet', Caeleb was chosen as the saboteur again, twice in a row. He ate one good cake and one poison cake, while Sam and Joanne ate the other two poison cakes. Caeleb succeeded as the saboteur again making the team fail with 3 wrong guesses and 1 right guess. Caeleb received no votes as saboteur and voted for Sam as saboteur because: "He ate a few of the poisoned ones, and so we did". Joanne also voted for Sam as saboteur, and Sam did not manage to spot Caeleb and voted for Joanne as saboteur instead, meaning Caeleb succeeded as saboteur once again and remained undetected as saboteur by everyone and did not receive a single vote as saboteur, and as the team failed Caeleb was free to pass to the next floor while Sam ended up trapped.

On Floor 2: 'One Way Out And There Can Only Be One Winner (Fight For Freedom)', Caeleb went against Joanne and won with 5 points to 4 and escaped the tower.

Trivia[]

  • Caeleb didn't answer any questions incorrectly on the Fight For Freedom.
  • Caeleb is the only Saboteur to make the team fail and get away with it on 'Poison Banquet', The rest, Aimen from Series 1, Episode 2 (Willesden) the only saboteur who was undetected but failed to sabotage, while Ben from Series 1, Episode 9 (Cardiff) and Samadul from Series 1, Episode 12 (Bow) both failed to sabotage the challenge and got detected.
  • Caleb is the first unfortunate to receive the most votes as saboteur on a passed challenge to escape the tower. The other two being Andrew and Laura from Season 2. Coincidentally, these unfortunates were also voted as saboteur on Floor 5 challenges. Laura's vote also being on Freaky Factory.
  • With the exception of Floor 5, Caeleb voted for the exact same people as Joanne did on every floor. (Tom on Floor 6, Bonnie on Floor 4 and Sam on Floor 3).
  • Out of all the Unfortunates chosen as Saboteur twice, Caeleb was the only one to sabotage the challenge and remain completely undetected without getting any votes from the other Unfortunates on both occasions.
